What does our guarantee cover?

Our complete range of bespoke shutters have a 3 year guarantee from their date of order.

Trustworthy workmanship

As a contractual obligation we will undertake on-site rectification, repair, or replacement of any product which proves to be defective as a result of faulty materials or workmanship.

In the event that a satisfactory repair is not possible, we will replace the product.

Products supplied but not installed by ourselves

As a contractual obligation we will undertake rectification, repair, or replacement of any product which proves to be defective as a result of faulty materials or workmanship.

If a satisfactory repair is not possible, we will replace the product. If requested by Premier Shutters, defective parts or products must be made available for us to collect.

Repaired or replacement parts or products will be dispatched to the customer at our cost.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover?

• Faults, due to fair wear and tear
• Damage caused by a third party
• Customer miss-use
• Circumstances outside Premier Shutters' control
• Products fitted in inappropriate places against the advice of Premier Shutters
• Countries outside the UK

How do I make a claim?

Any claim must be made in writing (by post, e-mail or phone) stating your invoice or sales order number.
