"Having had a number of companies call round to give quotes on Window Shutters, I was pleasantly surprised when Dean arrived from Premier Shutters. Not only was he extremely professional his knowledge and advice surpassed all the other companies including two of the largest companies in the UK. He was fantastic and helped me so much in choosing colour and the type of shutter for the large doors and small windows. Also the price was very competitive.

As specified in the quote I was called by Kim in the office to arrange a mutual appointment for my shutters to be fitted. Not only was she polite she was completely accommodating with a date nothing was too much trouble!!!

On the day of the fitting Bradley arrived on the dot and worked solidly to fit my shutters to perfection he basically didn't stop with one drink in the 5 hours that he was here. I didn't think people worked like that anymore. Premier Shutters have obviously got it right as a Company not only are they highly professional but they keep to their contract and I have to say the Shutters are fantastic they have totally transformed the back of our house. I now want the rest of the house doing!!!!

I will be recommending Premier to all my friends and I can say hand on heart I would never consider using another company (even if they were cheaper)

How refreshing, Premier Shutter's customer service from consultation to fitting was second to none, very helpful, very considerate and very professional. We had a couple of quotes from other shutter companies but the people that came from these companies were miserable, didn't really know much about their products and were more expensive in their quotes. Too Good To Be True?
"I was trawling the net for companies who do shutters having had some ridiculous quotes from local suppliers in the North West. I came across Premier Shutters web site and thought to good to be true, price wise very cheap, must compromise on quality for that price? Take my money and run? Fear not, I checked their website registry and Credit card rating and all came back fine. I phoned them and spoke with them direct and goggled them too. (Cant be to careful on the web). I order 3 shutters thinking if their poor quality then I haven't lost too much. Ordering is easy to do on their website and if you get stuck just phone them and they will explain and talk you through what you want. Very helpful and polite.

I paid for half the order and waited 7 weeks as explained. On the 7th week Premier shutters contact me informing me of the 2nd instalment payment and 3 days later the shutters arrived. I opened the packages, (well protected too) and I was very, very impressed with the visual quality and the build quality of the Shutters. (engineer by trade). Instruction to assemble them is child's play and it took me 15 minutes per shutter to put them together and install then on my window sills.. My sister has bespoke shutters and paid over a Thousand pounds for 2 sets and the quality of the Premiershutters is equal if not slightly better. The communication with Premier Shutters was excellent too. I have just place a further order for 4 more sets due in October. So, score out of 5, has to be 5 STARS. Top service, comms good and quailty outstanding."

"Have just moved property and needed an alternative to some very old nets that were left in the windows. Spoke to premier shutters for a solution and they recommended temporary blackout blinds. They are excellent, they really are very simple to put up and are very effective. I have them in a bay window, they really are a great alternative to nets. They are robust and stylish, people have even commented saying they would keep them as a permanent solution. Delivery was quick and efficient, I would recommend the blinds and premier shutters."

"Have just installed shutters in our sitting room bay window, on the DIY option. The communication of Premier was excellent & those I spoke to on the phone were always friendly and helpful. Efficient as ever...
Having decided to have shutters in my apartment I checked on-line and easily found the Premier Shutters site. I contacted them and they arranged to come round when it suited me, they showed me their designs, measured and explained everything, including costs.

Very Stylish Shutters...
Family in South Africa suggested shutters as they are used a lot there. I had seen them in some huge homes in SA. In white. Premier Shutters matched our vision. White in bedrooms and lounge. they look stunning and totally change the room to a very expensive looking room. Totally recommend Matt and his team. Matt was very friendly, like the guy next door and suggested all price options. The DIY Shutter Shop is the way forward...
Having moved from Galleywood to Swansea, and having shutters in my old house i naturally wanted them again, as they are a much classier alternative than regular blinds. They completely transform a property from not just the inside, but more so from the outside (the looks you get from passersby are fantastic) and when positioned properly, you can see out, but no-one can see in. so knowing the service and quality that i received from premier shutters, there was only one place I was going back to. On my original purchase, Matt, was very very professional and all the way through the process was equally helpful. It wasn't a problem to him that I was in Swansea, and that I wanted them on just a supply basis only! Through the very easy to follow ordering system on premier shutters I was able to get what I wanted. Once the shutters arrived (exactly when Matt said they would) I proceeded to install them myself with some help, from the very easy to follow instructions. All in all, you will not get better service or quality than Premier Shutters!
